PhysioHQ

PhysioHQ is a digital physiotherapy platform that helps people manage pain and recover from injury through expert-led, self-paced video programs they can follow from home. Their mission is to make high-quality physiotherapy guidance more accessible, affordable and easy to understand without relying on ongoing clinic visits. As the designer, my goal was to create a brand that reflected this more approachable model of rehab. The identity needed to feel clear, supportive and trustworthy while moving away from the cold and clinical aesthetic often seen in traditional healthcare.

I approached the design with the user’s experience at the centre, aiming to reduce friction and build a calm, confidence-boosting journey through every touchpoint. The visual system avoids medical clichés in favour of a modern and focused tone, aligning with PhysioHQ’s emphasis on autonomy and ease. Together with
the founder, I developed a voice that speaks directly
to everyday people in pain. It offers practical advice without jargon and avoids the formality of the healthcare system. The result is a brand that feels like
a trusted guide - reassuring without overwhelming - designed to help users feel supported, capable and
in control of their recovery.
